About this policy

Pure Plan is a planning application for organizing tasks, appointments and meetings. Registration is not required to use the Application.

Information collection and use

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use. If network connectivity is used, technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may necessarily be transmitted to provide that connection, but the Service Provider does not retain it or use it for tracking.

Precise location

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Sharing with third parties

Because the Service Provider does not collect personal information through normal use of the Application, it does not sell or share such application data with third parties.

Children's privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.

We do not retain application personal data

The Service Provider does not collect or retain personal information generated through normal use of Pure Plan. Accordingly, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for normal application use.

Deletion requests

Because Pure Plan does not collect or store personal information through normal use, there is normally no application personal data held by the Service Provider to delete. Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device.

If you have voluntarily contacted the Service Provider and want personal information contained in that communication deleted, you may request deletion at [email protected]. Requests will be handled subject to any information the Service Provider must retain to comply with applicable law.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure of application personal data is minimized. No system can be guaranteed completely secure; the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it legitimately holds.

If an incident occurs

If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a material change, it will be requested before that change takes effect.

Consent and opt-out

Normal use of Pure Plan does not involve the collection of personal information by the Service Provider. If you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider and processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
